Strengths Education Learning Modules

Martha Buelt offers introductory strengths education through three, consecutive learning modules.

The delivery of the learning modules are somewhat modified based on the context in which participants will apply their strengths education (professional growth, strengths-based team member, strengths-based manager, community volunteer, etc.). Each learning module includes a tool kit and onsite or online small group discussions. (Online participants will also have access to a video for Module 1 pre-work.)

Module 1: Explore Your Talents

Engage in the process of discovering your unique talents through acquiring a CliftonStrengths® Philosophy introduction, learning how to use the CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder®) talent assessment tool, and reflecting on how your talents are already working in your life. Module 1 is usually offered in a group setting; however, meeting one-to-one with Martha via Zoom is also an option.

Module 2: Develop Your Strengths

Engage in the process of learning how to articulate your current strengths and being intentional about developing new strengths. Module 2 is offered in a group setting and/or one-to-one Zoom session(s) with Martha.

Module 3: Activate Your Strengths

Engage in the process of exploring and articulating how you can be more intentional about using your strengths to complete tasks, fulfill your responsibilities, reach your goals, and carry out your roles. Module 3 is generally offered in one-to-one sessions with Martha or with another Gallup-certified coach.
