Group & Team Strengths Education

Martha and her colleagues facilitate strengths education for organizations seeking strengths-based talent development opportunities for their employees and/or volunteers.

Foundational strengths-based talent development education for groups and teams equips participants to later engage in team and organizational strengths-based talent development sessions.

Participants learn how to use the CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder®) talent assessment tool toward appreciating, articulating, and developing their talents and strengths.

Group and team foundational strengths education sessions are offered onsite (at the organization’s location) and/or online (E.g., via Zoom). Sessions are delivered through presentations, videos, in-session and take-home activities, and small group discussions.

Additional onsite or online sessions can be added after participants have completed foundational strengths-based talent development education. Additional sessions give participants the opportunity to dive deeper into the strengths-based talent development and application process, such as:

  • Learning how to "aim" talents and strengths toward daily tasks, goals, and challenges.

  • Reflecting on how to use one’s talents and strengths with others.

  • Planning how to engage in lifelong strengths-based talent development.

  • Forming and sustaining strengths-based partnerships.

  • Developing as a strengths-based team.
