Explore Your Talents for Ministry Leaders is an introductory coaching session.
In this 50-minute coaching session, you will learn about strengths development, learn how to use the CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder®) tool, begin articulating your talents, and see how your talents are already working in your life - in your work, in your community, and at home.
After this 50-minute session, you may choose to engage in more coaching sessions to learn how to name your strengths and aim your talents and strengths toward successfully achieving a specific goal and/or addressing a specific challenge.

Exploring how you use your talents and strengths in your life
Planning ways to develop your current strengths and new strengths
Discussing ways to leverage your talents and strengths toward successfully achieving a specific goal and/or addressing a specific challenge
Using your talents and strengths as a manager or team leader.
You will also learn more about the CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder®) Philosophy and talent assessment tool.
