Get Started with CliftonStrengths®
How can you engage in strengths-based talent development?
The first step is to take the CliftonStrengths® (CS) talent assessment. (Reach out to Martha if you have questions about the various purchasing options.)
After you take the CS Talent Assessment, then download and print your CliftonStrengths® Report. Your CS Report names and summarizes your top, dominant CS Talent Themes. Consider highlighting words and phrases that describe you in your report’s Talent Theme summaries. (Keep in mind that not all the words and phrases may describe you.) The words and phrases that you highlight describe some of your unique and specific talents.
Once you have highlighted your report, tell someone who knows you well about the talents you highlighted. Then ask them to tell you where they see you using these talents in your life. [Look for the Holding Up the Mirror Activity.]
To further engage in strengths-based talent development, consider meeting with a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach. Your coach can guide you to dive deeper into understanding your talents and strengths and walk with you as you become more intentional about applying your talents and strengths in all aspects of your life – at work or school, in your community, and at home.
